You`re also 5 minutes walking to plenty of shops, restaurants, and other things to do in Clayton. If exploring is your thing, you couldn`t pick a better location, as there`s also many state parks, winerys, golf courses and fishing spots within 10 min driving!
The house is fully stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with an 80` TV, and 3 bedrooms with queen size beds. There`s also a clawfoot tub in the master bathroom for relaxing after a long day of exploring.
The backyard is fully fenced in and has a grill and outdoor eating areas, so you can cook your own meals or grill out with your friends. And if you`re looking to get some exercise, there`s a touch screen Bow-Flex treadmill and a yoga mat in the house.
