The area also offers white water rafting, wine tours, horseback riding, antiquing, art galleries, and golfing. The City of Clayton is known for the many chef-driven farm-to-table restaurants as well as the many shops and boutiques to peruse. This home is only four quick miles to Downtown Clayton. Other fun attractions include Goats On The Roof, Tallulah Gorge State Park, Highlands Aerial Park, Moccasin Creek State Park, and Sapphire Valley Resort.

This brand-new, gated, professionally decorated two-story home with a clean open floor plan is perfect for a couple’s getaway and is in the Overlook at Kingwood Resort and Winery. The street is paved and easy to access. This home is perfect for golf outings and weddings/events at Kingwood Resort & Winery whereas it is just across the highway. After a day of hiking, return to whip up some delectable meals in your well-appointed kitchen or sit on the deck and enjoy a glass of wine. The living area is equipped with an electric fireplace for a cozy ambiance and is a fantastic spot to unwind and stream favorite shows on the large smart TV or play board games. The deck offers a gas grill should you ever feel like surprising your friends with a delicious BBQ. There are two bedrooms on the main floor and a private main suite upstairs. Each bedroom offers a smart TV for those nights you want to snuggle up and watch a movie. The upstairs loft area is ideal for entertainment - you will encounter a dartboard, a handful of board games, ring toss, and a cozy electric fireplace.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
