We also have an incredible and extensive Trip Planner Document that provides each guest awesome tips on everything from; where to eat and drink to wineries and waterfalls and everything in between. Most guests find that document to be invaluable for a great trip.

RENTAL DETAILS AND LOCATION;
Our property is located less than half a mile from downtown Clayton where there are lots of bars and restaurants, breweries and shopping. The roughly 2150 square foot air conditioned and heated home has a lower level unit and an upper level unit. The two units are totally separate and there are no shared spaces - similar to a two family house. You are renting the UPPER UNIT which is about 1300 square feet and comes with it's own private exterior hot tub for your use only. It was totally renovated and has a comfortable and stylish vibe with a mix of Georgia country. Full size kitchen, stainless appliances and fully stocked for all your cooking needs. The living the room and a gas fireplace is open to the kitchen, separate dining room with faux fireplace, two bedrooms with queen beds a full bath and washer and dryer. There are two separate deck areas and one comes with a gas grill. We have excellent Wi-Fi which of course is FREE to access along with a large 50" LG Smart TV equipped with over 300 channels. The property has a few lovely outdoor sitting areas both covered and open along with a fire pit. We have lots of photos with very detailed listing descriptions to help you learn more about our house and the surrounding areas.

OPTION FOR 8 GUESTS AND OTHER PROPERTIES;
The upper unit sleeps 4 people and so does the lower unit so if you wish to book both the upper and lower units to fit 8 people just let us know and we can assist.
We have one other rental home in Clayton and three more in Helen so if this property is booked for your dates, we may have some other great options for you - just ask.

PETS AND SUPPORT ANIMALS:
Please note we do not accept any pets, emotional, support or therapy animals due to extreme allergies/health related issues in our family.

CLAYTON AND SURROUNDING AREAS OVERVIEW;
Clayton has activities for everyone such as; many restaurants and bars, ice cream parlors, coffee shops, antique shopping, river tubing, golfing, hiking, parks, wineries and tons of waterfalls. You can even go skiing in Sapphire NC only about one hour away. There is something for everyone. Helen, GA where we have other rentals is only about 35 minutes away and Lake Burton is about 15 minutes. Also don't forget we also send out our fantastic trip planner document to all of our guests covering everything from check in procedures and directions, to the best restaurants and craft breweries and surrounding adventure stuff to do and much more.

Located in Clayton, this vacation home is in the city center and on a lake. Main Street Gallery and Foxfire Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Rabun County Golf Club and Tiger Mountain Vineyards. Andy's Trout Farm and Highlands Aerial Park are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
