The location on Dick's Creek is ideal for fishing so bring your rod and reel. Additional fun activities include: corn hole, games, puzzles, floats for hanging in the cool water, fully equipped kitchen to make those fabulous family meals, fire pit with string lights, exterior TV, and more.
The space.
The main floor has a fabulous living space w/ lovely views of the canal and a picturesque screened, grilling porch just off the open living area. A gourmet kitchen (Sub Zero, Wolf, Bosch), office, and spacious master suite complete the main floor. Downstairs are 3 additional bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and a rec space complete with bar, workout room and sauna. Above the garage is a 5th bedroom suite with private bath. All full baths have radiant heated floors and the house has instant hot water + a tankless hot water heater. Double decker boat house on the water is just 50' from the house and has a private driveway for getting coolers and gear down to the lake easily. 2 full sized washer/dryers to accommodate guests available for use as well.
