Guests have access to the whole house minus the garage.

-Parking is on the street only. You are welcome to park on the Driveway but we don't recommend it since it's small.

We have a professional pest control service every month. Our home is rural and surrounded by beautiful natural trees so on occasion, and despite our best efforts, a stray bug, roaches, spider, or other nature-loving creature may wander inside. This also happens during summer due to extremely hot and dry weather. Upon booking, guests accept this possibility and uncontrollable situation.

Citrus Heights is home to this vacation home. Cal Expo and Rusch Community Park are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Arden Fair Mall and Denio's Farmers Market & Swap Meet. Roller King Skating & Blading and Great American Billiards are also worth visiting.
