Located on a dead-end street with no through traffic, in one of the best neighborhoods in the city (Mt Lookout). Only 10 minute drive to downtown and within walking distance to bars/restaurants in Mt Lookout Square and Ault Park (best park within the city). Spacious family-friendly duplex with warm and inviting touches, comfortable beds and loads of natural light. Room for up to 4 cars in the driveway. Fully equipped kitchen and recently renovated master suite. Additional room with a workspace. Smart technology for lighting, HVAC and smart locks.

This unit which occupies the entire top floor is part of a duplex . The lower floor includes your own private laundry area and half bathroom, a garage which is locked (used as storage) and not accessible to guests. There is also a separate apartment in the lower level with its own separate entrance in the back. There are no shared rooms. You may encounter long-term renters in the back yard.

You will have access to your entire unit and your private laundry area in the basement, as well as front porch, back patio, front yard and driveway. We don't allow guest access to the attic or garage -- these are just storage areas. We don't really allow guests to access the backyard as this would be the only area shared with the other unit/long term renters. For outdoor areas, feel free to use the front yard, front porch and back patio as they are just for you.
Mount Lookout, a neighborhood in Cincinnati, is home to this vacation home. Kenwood Towne Centre and Newport on the Levee are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Cincinnati Zoo and Botanical Garden and Cincinnati Museum Center at Union Terminal.
