In the heart of OTRs lively historic district. Beautifully renovated 2 story 2 bedroom apartment, located on the 3rd floor. Walking distance to all the best restaurants, bars, shops, sporting events. Ziegler Park and Ziegler Pools can be enjoyed steps away. Plus free parking pass for The Ziegler Garage located directly behind the building. We have 2 other listings in our building. Another 2 bedroom and a smaller 1 bedroom.
There is a king and a queen bedroom, we can accommodate 4 additional twin beds if requested. All linens and towels are included. We also have a fully stocked kitchen. It's truly your home away from home!
Cincinnati streetcar operates up to 18 hours a day and 365 days a year and it’s free. The streetcar route is 3.6 miles long, traveling on a loop from Second Street (at The Banks on the riverfront) to Findlay Market in OTR. We are located 1 & 1/2 blocks from the Streetcar pick up. Uber and Lyft are plentiful in this area and it is often cheaper than a cab, or parking meters. Red Bike Rentals 1 & 1/2 block away. From the airport you can take the TANK bus for $2 and it drops you off at 5th and Main. Apartment is 13th and Main... 9 blocks away. This is a pretty fast and inexpensive alternative.
Located in Downtown Cincinnati, a neighborhood in Cincinnati, this apartment is near theme parks and near a water park. Newport on the Levee and Kenwood Towne Centre are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Cincinnati Zoo and Botanical Garden and Cincinnati Museum Center at Union Terminal. Looking to enjoy an event or a game? See what's going on at Great American Ball Park or Paycor Stadium. Swimming offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling and horse riding nearby.
