Welcome to our urban retreat near OTR and TQL Stadium! This cozy 1st floor unit features two king bedrooms, 1.5 baths, and a fully stocked kitchen w/ a complimentary coffee bar.

Conveniently located minutes from OTR, you’ll have easy access to the neighborhood’s renowned dining scene, trendy boutiques, and vibrant nightlife.

This is a first floor unit. You will use the red side door on the right side of the building for entry. No need to go up or down any stairs!

We live in the area so feel free to reach out on the app or via text should you need anything during your stay. We love all things Cincinnati so have plenty of recommendations, too!

Parking Options:

1) Free 2 hour street parking on the unit street. Please note - guests can only park for free here for 2 hours or from 9p-9a. A permit is needed from 9a-9p.

2) Paid street parking on nearby/perpendicular streets (Central & Charles).

3) RECOMMENDED: Paid guest parking pass for 1 vehicle to park for duration of your stay on the unit street. Please reach out to us after booking if you’d like to set this up as we will need vehicle info & payment. Price varies depending on number of nights staying.
Please note there are two king beds, but the unit can comfortably sleep 6 overnight guests, as there is plenty of space should you choose to bring an air mattress. Please no more than 6 guests. Thank you!
