This professionally designed and renovated lakefront cottage is located right in the middle of the small lake with access to everything on the water. It is fully loaded with new furniture, fire pit, games, Coffee Bar, 2 living areas, 1 King bedroom, 1 Queen bedroom, 2 queen size sofa sleepers, 4 Kayaks, private dock, incredible fishing and sleeps 6 guests.
Wait until you see the views from the back deck! You will feel right at home, no detail has been overlooked.
***The Property***
Indoor living: Chef's kitchen, 2 living areas for everyone to spread out, gas fireplace, dining room, free High Speed WiFi (350mbps), smart TV, sleeping for 8 but due to septic must be listed for 6.
Outdoor Living: direct lake acess, private dock, amazing lake front firepit, massive deck with outdoor dining table, outdoor seating, 4 kayaks, inflatable floats, life jackets.
**The Neighborhood**
The neighborhood is filled with family oriented year round residents whom have resided here for many decades. We have personally known our neighbors for over 20 years and you couldn't ask for better neighbors, we hope you love them as much as we do.
We pride our neighborhood as being safe with a neighborhood watch culture as well. We care about safety & security for everyone.
There is a train a couple of times a day, but it goes by super fast, it's here & gone before you know it.
Traffic as in any residential area has its busy & quite times.
Outside quiet time is 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
