Its efficient heating system ensures that the 87 m² of the property is kept at a comfortable temperature during the winter season. The location is equally notable, as it is just a 5-minute walk from a minimarket and a 5-minute drive from the main axis of the valley, where the main restaurants, tour operators, and ski, snowboard, and bicycle rental services are located. , among others.
Access to the property is simple, allowing you to always be connected to the main route even during winter. In addition, the house is completely isolated from the rest of the compound, which guarantees independence and privacy in the middle of the native valley.
