Enjoy Chico with the sprawling park like backyard in a secluded family-friendly neighborhood! With plenty of space to relax, conveniently located near Hwy 99 and only 12 minutes to downtown Chico, this home is perfect for your visit. Host a small gathering for your Chico State grad, visit the local wineries and craft breweries, Meriam Park, or some of the local shops downtown. If you need some downtime, relax by the pool or enjoy a walk around the tree lined streets of this peaceful neighborhood.

Home has 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, playroom has one of the full baths attached with an option to have an inflatable queen mattress. (upon request)
Stocked kitchen with top of the line appliances, coffee and Nespresso machine, and propane BBQ. Enjoy a meal surrounded by family or friends in the dining room, kitchen nook, or outdoor space.
Washer/dryer located off the kitchen. Sheets and bath towels provided. Please provide your own pool towels.

This home boasts a swimming pool, hot tub for 4-6 people, outdoor dining, living and fireplace area. There is plenty for kids as well with a basketball hoop, trampoline, ping pong, tether ball, playhouse and ample space to run around.

Wifi and streaming services available. Make sure to logout of your Netflix etc. account before leaving.

FINE PRINT:
- We do not allow cancellations outside of the cancellation windows.
- While we want you to enjoy your time in our home, please be considerate of our neighbors and keep the outside noise to a minimum after 10 pm.
- No trailers, boats or motorhomes.
- NO SMOKING or PETS on the property. You will be charged an additional $250 and there will be an increase in cleaning fee for any damages.
- Pool, hot tub, trampoline and play structures are use at your own risk. Host is not responsible for any injuries that result from the use of these amenities.
- No early check-in or late check-out unless previously arranged with host prior to stay. Should you choose to ignore or overlook this rule we reserve the right to charge $75/hour

Chico is home to this vacation home. Bidwell Mansion State Historic Park and National Yo-Yo Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Odyssey Winery & Vineyards and Bowlero Chico. Chico Community Labyrinth and Bille Park are also worth visiting.
