Our 4 bedroom, 2 bath home is the perfect setting for relaxing, entertaining or family reunions. Relax by the pool or take an invigorating walk in Bidwell Park, only 2 blocks away. We are centrally located, get anywhere in under 10 minutes, close to downtown Chico.

We have two full bathrooms. Hallway bath has a shower and master bath has a shower and separate tub.
There are two dedicated and spacious patios that can be used for BBQing or entertaining. Or just enjoy a glass of wine by the outdoor fire.
*There are two other ADU’s on this property. The back units will share the pool access when occupied.*

Other things to note
This is a multi resident property. The house and parking are private, but parts of the backyard and pool are shared with the two back units.
We do not have a garbage disposal or TV in the common area.
Located in Chico, this vacation home is in the city center. Bidwell Mansion State Historic Park and National Yo-Yo Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Cinemark Tinseltown Chico 14 and Bowlero Chico. Chico Community Labyrinth and Paradise Preforming Art Center are also worth visiting.
