Ryan Perry graduated from Bradley University in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy. Since then, he has attained his Certified Strengthening and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) in 2002. In 2004 Ryan completed his Manual Therapy Certification (MTC) through the Ola Grimsby Institute. Ryan proceeded to complete an orthopedic residency in 2005 through the Ola Grimsby Institute that earned him his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) in the summer of 2006. Ryan completed a Fellowship Program in 2006, also through the Ola Grimsby Institute, which led to him being distinguished as a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists (FAAOMPT). Also in this year, the American Physical Therapy Association board-certified him as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS).

Ryan has been very active with continuing education with an emphasis on manual therapy. He has been active in the NovaCare national journal club both as a member and moderator. Ryan has been a Center Manager since 2004. He also is the head of the Chicagoland Continuing Education Team and serves as a member of the National Clinical Career Ladder Advisory Panel. He is a national instructor for NovaCare/Select Medical, instructing other PTs on the treatment of the shoulder.
