Bethany Richards, MPT, ART, is a Physical Therapist and the Center Manager for
NovaCare Rehabilitation’s Chicago – Lakeview outpatient physical therapy
center located at 3240 N. Halsted. She has achieved success in treating sports related
injuries, particularly runners and tri-athletes, as well as knee, foot/ankle, spine,
shoulder, and post-surgical injuries.

Bethany earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology from the University of Illinois at Urbana, Champaign, IL, in 1998. In 2000, she earned her Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from Midwestern University in Downers Grove, IL. Bethany is currently pursuing her certification for Maitland Manual Therapy. She also holds certifications for both Active Release Techniques and Power Plate training. Bethany has completed various continuing education courses, including:

Bethany’s Vision: I believe in a collaborative approach to physical therapy based on each individual. I utilize skills from a wide range of treatment approaches in order to achieve desired functional outcomes for each patient, in conjunction with a strong education component both physically and mentally.
