Best of all is the proximity to the entrance of the famous 606 Trail aka Bloomingdale Trail is a 2.7-mile elevated rail trail linear park running east–west. It is the longest greenway project of a former elevated rail line in the Western Hemisphere, and the second longest in the world, after the Promenade plantee linear park in Paris.

Enjoy a tranquil neighborhood (Bucktown) that is proximate to downtown (2 miles), Lincoln Park (2 miles), and just off the Blue line from the airport for easy to/from transportation. Park your car or rental car on street with permits for a small fee (1 permit required per 24 hours).

Parking options: SUPER EASY parking options. Street parking right on Paulina with permits (visitor permits are valid for 24 hours each and require a purchase -- please request them at time of booking as our third-party service requires one week advance notice).

Building Management recently notified us of a minor exterior maintenance project at neighboring buildings between July 6 and July 10. During authorized working hours (approximately 8:30 AM–5:00 PM), contractors may be present at ground level around the property and on the north side of the building. No access to the Flat will be required. We are providing advance notice so guests are aware that contractor activity may be visible from certain exterior areas of the property during this period.
