This home is 7 blocks from Cheyenne Frontier Days and 10 minutes from shopping & restaurants. Cheyenne Regional Medical Center and Downtown Cheyenne are 5 minutes away.
This home was built in the early 1900s but has been remodeled with new paint, light fixtures, appliances and brand new furniture and higher end beds for comfort.
Guests will have full access to the entire main floor of the home. The front and backyards are common areas that could be shared with guests in the basement unit.
Please note there is also a basement unit on the property that is rented out separately. Both units have private entrances.
Cheyenne is home to this vacation home. Frontier Mall and Frontier Square are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Cheyenne Botanic Gardens and Mylar Park.
