Welcome to historic Cheyenne Wyoming! This newly renovated home is located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood in the northern part of town.
The space
The home is split into two levels. The upper main level is strictly for guests with private entrance and the lower garden level will be occupied by a tenant, with it's own separate entrance. The two levels are completely separate. The tenant will be spending most of their time at work or out enjoying Cheyenne. The tenant is quiet and respectful. All phots are of the main level. Some of the comforters have been replaced with new ones since the photos were taken.
Guest access
Guests have access to the one car attached garage, off street driveway parking, off street RV parking and plenty of on street parking. The home includes a spacious master bedroom with attached half bath, large walk in closet, and queen bed, a second bedroom with two twin beds, and a third bedroom with a full bed. A second full bathroom is off the main hallway with tub and shower, and a living room/dining area. Lastly there is a fully equipped kitchen. The front door entrance has coded keypad entry.
