Welcome to our spacious and super comfy, pet-friendly home ideal for family living, remote work, or both. The home is great for couples, business travelers, professionals working remotely, families, and groups. Easy access to travel anywhere in the area including Virginia and Baltimore. Its proximity to Holy Cross, Walter Reed, Suburban and Shady Grove Hospitals makes this place perfect for traveling medical professionals.
The one-level ranch-style house is located in a residential neighborhood 15 minutes away from downtown DC (10 minutes from National Zoo) and conveniently located near restaurants and shopping malls (Wheaton & Montgomery). Starbucks and Amazon Fresh are a short walk away. We're on Connecticut Ave. just inside the beltway. Features three bedrooms, a large living room, 2 full bathrooms, and a fenced-in backyard for you and your pet to enjoy.
Enjoy gathering for lunch/dinner in its large kitchen/dining room combo that comes complete with a big island where you can prepare your meals. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials to whip up a meal, including a full stove, oven, dishwasher, and other cooking essentials.
If you are working during your stay, we have a desk and a mobile laptop station in the living room.
Our lovely house is ideal for decompressing after a day of working. The living space is bright and open. The big, fenced-in backyard comes with patio furniture, a gas grill, and an outdoor TV to enjoy your favorite game while grilling or just hanging out with friends and family on a hot summer evening.
The family-friendly neighborhood is great for evening walks.
North Chevy Chase, a neighborhood in Chevy Chase, is home to this vacation home. Union Station Shopping Center and RIO Washingtonian Center are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Smithsonian's National Zoo and Smithsonian Institution. National Museum of Natural History and National Air and Space Museum are not to be missed.
