Beautifully renovated and spacious 3 Bedroom 2 Full Bath Home on a private 1/2 acre setting in one of Chatham's sought after neighborhoods. This 2200 sq. foot home has a formal dining room with a beautiful bay window and an additional outside dining area with a covered porch.
