These two guest bedrooms are equally comfortable: one has a queen bed and one has a queen bed and single day bed. Guests on this level will share a hallway bathroom. The second upper level area has the fourth bedroom all by itself at the top of an open staircase (there is a door in the mud room that separates this wing from the kitchen/living areas) and has a king bed and a sitting area with a queen pull out sofa bed, as well as a private en-suite bathroom.

The lower level is an oversized oasis of entertainment and relaxation. There is a large workout area with a Ping-Pong table, Peloton Bike and all the equipment you need to stay in shape while on vacation, along with another full bathroom.
