Perched on the shore of beautiful Lovers Lake in Chatham you'll find this well-kept modern home with comfortable sleeping for up to 10. The property features unabated water views from the spacious deck as well as from most rooms in the house. Swim off the dock at the shore line or explore the lake in the kayaks provided with property.

Inside the house you'll find three floors of living. The main level is comprised of a modern, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room and den area. These rooms are all open to one another and spill out on to the deck on the lake side of the house. There is also a primary bedroom suite on the main level with a private updated bathroom and king bed. Upstairs there are two additional bedrooms: one with two twins and the other with a king size bed. There is also a spacious lounge/living area upstairs with comfy seating and a TV. There is also a full bath up here. The lower level houses a fourth sleeping area with a queen bed along with a third full bath and an inviting steam shower.

This house has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, central air conditioning, and high speed Wi-Fi.

No Cape property is complete without the outdoor shower, located on the lake side of the house. The property is located about one half mile from the rail trail for biking and running and is only 1.5 miles from downtown Chatham for dining, shopping and perusing. A truly unique setting in one of the Cape's most scenic villages.
