For all bedrooms, there are window air conditioners that are installed in the summer months, for in the rare event that the cooling breezes from the Atlantic are not enough to maintain a comfortable environment in the bedrooms.

The efficient modern kitchen is well stocked with a wide variety of quality cooking utensils, a Keurig as well as a drip coffee maker, microwave, blender, dishwasher, and large refrigerator. The kitchen spice cabinet is also equipped with a variety spices, oils and seasonings that the owners regularly freshen and replenish. The main living room has comfortable seating, a stereo, numerous live plants and an oversized flat panel TV. The dining area easily seats six and the table expands to accommodate eight with available leaves. The main bathroom is beautifully designed with modern fittings, including a striking cobalt blue vessel sink and a hand crafted, stained glass window stunningly executed displaying a Hydrangea motif.
