Located within 30 min of downtown Charlotte & the airport, this family-friendly secluded property is the perfect escape. This lake house boasts 2 docks & flat access to the water. Additional amenities include- basement w/ wet bar, gazebo, patio, porch, stunning lake views & game room.
Newly renovated and expertly decorated, you will feel right at home the moment you enter. With rustic shiplap, a wood paneled basement entertainment space, a loft lounge, and a deck with a beautiful view, you won't want to leave behind the charm of Lake Haven A-Frame.
Kitchen- The kitchen is newly updated with new appliances and a spacious pantry. You will find everything you need to cook and dine.
-Fully stocked coffee bar with fresh beans, creamer, sugar & tea.
-High chair and booster available in the main floor bedroom closet.
Gathering spaces- The main living room is an open floor plan with the dining room and has ample seating. There is also an upstairs loft seating area with a workstation (desk and chair). In the basement you will find a futon, a sleeper chair, a dining table, wet bar, putting mat, Foosball and TV.

-Basement- 1 bedroom with queen & 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds

-Two docks- The main dock has a space for laying in the sun and playing as well as space to tie off a boat rental. You are also welcome to bring your own boat or jet skis and park them at the dock.
-The second dock is around the side of the property and is better for fishing.
-Gazebo with a charcoal grill and a table for dining.
-Patio with 4 Adirondack chairs and solo stove fire pit
-Life jackets are available for adults and children in the garage.
-Stand up paddle board
-3 kayaks (2 adult, 1 child)

-Beach towels are available for use in the basement.
*The house is located in a no-wake cove with minimal boat traffic so the water is peaceful and calm.
Kid-Friendly- We know how hard it can be to travel with kids, so we have a number of items available to make your travel lighter and your stay easier. In the main floor bedroom closet you will find

-bin full of toys and books
-There is a built-in baby gate at the top of the basement stairs
-We also have toddler and child-sized life jackets available
-In the cabinets in the living room and behind the sofa, you will also find books, puzzles, games, and toys for children AND adults to enjoy!
Tech- The home has fast Wifi, 4 smart TVs that allow you to login to any of your streaming accounts (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney, etc.), and a smart-lock to ensure seamless check-in and a protected stay.
Laundry- A washer and dryer are located in the basement for you to use during your stay. Detergent is available for use.
You are welcome to bring a boat or jet skis to the property and park them at the dock. You can easily put your boat in the water using a ramp at McDowell Nature Preserve which is 1 mi away.
There are multiple options for renting a boat at Lake Wylie. One company we recommend that is conveniently located across the lake is Boat Rentals of Lake Wylie (search "boatrentalsoflkw"). It is ~10 min by car and ~5-10 min by water. You can book anywhere from a half-day to a multi-day rental with the option to have the boat delivered to the house for you. *This is just one of many options. Neighborhood- The house is located down a gravel road shared with a few neighbor houses so it is private and secluded. However, it is also very conveniently located to grocery stores, restaurants, parks & more! All just minutes away. The best of both worlds!
Parking- There is ample parking at the house. PLEASE DRIVE SLOWLY AND CAREFULLY down the gravel road as our neighbors use golf carts.

The front door has a smart lock allowing for easy check-in and out.
Parking- There are multiple parking spaces at the house. The gravel road to the house is shared with our neighbors so please no parking along this single-lane gravel road. Drive slowly and carefully.

Located in Charlotte, this vacation home is on the waterfront. Charlotte Premium Outlets and SouthPark Mall are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Carowinds Theme Park.
