You are located close to Southend, NoDa, LoSo, Plaza Midwood which are all lively, especially at night where you can hang out and see a local band, grab some good eats or even brewery hop to any of the plethora of craft breweries here in Charlotte!

We live in Charlotte, not in the building, so we are always close by and happy to answer any questions you have.

Other Things to Note:
You will need to climb a flight of stairs leading to the Unit.

Our pet fee for dogs is $50. Please let us know if you are bringing your dog and how many.

House Rules:

Quiet Hours
To ensure everyone has a restful stay, we ask that you observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
As this is a duplex, you may share a wall with another guest, so we appreciate your help in keeping noise levels low, especially during these hours.

Noise
We do use a noise monitoring system to ensure noise levels stay at a reasonable level.

No Parties or Events - $250 FINE
Our property is intended for relaxing stays. Parties, events, or large gatherings are not allowed.

No Smoking or Vaping - $750 FINE
To maintain a clean and healthy environment, smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, both indoors and outdoors. The property is equipped to detect smoking and will alert us if detected

No Unauthorized Guests: $150 FINE/per person
Unauthorized guests are prohibited from entering the property during quiet hours.

Occupancy
Guests that exceed the number of guests stated in the reservation are not allowed. We use one Ring camera at the front door.

Guests take full responsibility for damages, injuries or loss that occurs on the premises and its facilities. Guests must report any damage to the hosts.

Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the house rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs and expenses.

You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from staying in the loft. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising while on the premises. All Guests in my party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Guests and Host.

NASCAR Hall of Fame and Fillmore Charlotte are cultural highlights, and travelers looking to shop may want to visit SouthPark Mall and Northlake Mall. U.S. National Whitewater Center and Carowinds Theme Park are not to be missed.
