Welcome to coastal-inspired living with a modern twist! Our newly built home is luxurious, making it perfect for living large while visiting Charlotte. From the contemporary decor to the spacious backyard, this is definitely a space fit for the Queen City.

The space:
This home is located on a peaceful street in the Westend neighborhood, and Charlotte's most popular spots like South End and Uptown are only minutes away. We put plenty of attention and detail into ensuring the house is fully equipped with everything you may need for your stay and then some!

Enjoy some of the amenities on us, like coffee, ROKU smart TVs throughout the house with Netflix, and fast Wi-Fi. The open living space is perfect for taking off your shoes and kicking up your feet. Enjoy snuggling up on the comfortable couch to chat with your company or watch your favorite flicks. When it's time to eat, the kitchen will greet you with modern amenities - perfect for whipping up a home-cooked meal or reheating your leftovers from one of the many awesome restaurants nearby.

When the day is said and done, you can retreat to one of two cozy bedrooms. Each bedroom is outfitted for a great night's sleep. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and features a quaint desk if you need to take care of any work. Huge walk-in shower and his & hers vanities in the master bathroom make getting ready a breeze. The second bedroom features a queen bed, bathroom with a shower/tub. Each bedroom also has plenty of closet space if you need to hang up clothing. When it's time to wake up, you can open the blinds to start your morning with some Carolina sunshine.

The huge fenced backyard has a great little deck to enjoy. The driveway has enough spots for two cars. Guests may also park in the guest lot and NOT in front of the home.

Guest access:
Guests will be sent detailed check-in instructions the day of arrival. Access code will be provided for self check-in.

Unauthorized late check-out up to the cost of any impacted nights subsequent to originally scheduled check-out.

Smoking in room/common area $500 minimum charge and eviction from rental unit.

Excessive cleaning up to $100 per hour of additional cleaning needed.

Damaged or missing items vary depending on the cost of the item.

Pet fee up to $50 per day and will depend on breed / weight.

Unauthorized pets $250 fee (in addition to daily fee) plus any damages or additional cleaning costs incurred.

Noise complaints / complaint: potential warning issued or, if necessary, eviction with no refund and a charge of up to $1,000.

Party in unit or common area up to $2,000 plus any damages.

Extra guest fee of $30 / guest / night in excess of 4.

POTENTIAL ADJUSTMENTS
Due to the properties consistent turn-around, wear and tear is inevitable which can require last-minute adjustments or replacements of items throughout the home, especially if your stay is within a couple days of the previous check-out.
These replacements can include anything within the home from bed frames and couches to amenities and silverware.
When replacements or adjustments are made, new photos must be taken for accuracy and updated within our listing and although this is typically taken care of and updated right away, depending on photographer availability photos may not always be updated right away.
Important Information Before Your Stay:

A $300 refundable security deposit is required for all bookings. This will be refunded within 7 business days after checkout, provided no damage has occurred.

A rental agreement must be reviewed and signed before check-in.

Reid Park, a neighborhood in Charlotte, is home to this vacation home. SouthPark Mall and Northlake Mall are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit NASCAR Hall of Fame and Carowinds Theme Park. Check out an event or a game at Bank of America Stadium, and consider making time for U.S. National Whitewater Center, a top attraction not to be missed.
