Our home is nestled in the ever popular Chantilly neighborhood, between Elizabeth and Plaza Midwood! It is also central to Midtown and Uptown! Totally walkable and bikeable. Beautiful homes, walkable streets, distant train whistles, large trees, friendly neighbors, quiet evenings, and a plethora of restaurants, shops and coffee close by!! The Charlotte Greenway trail runs in the neighborhood and is perfect for biking! Located close to the major Charlotte hospitals as well.

You'll love the front porch swing, adirondacks in the yard, and back deck with patio seating, string lights and gas grill.

The house was built in 1934 so some floors are vintage, the bathrooms are from that era, but the house is newly furnished, newly painted and newly stocked to be your home away from home during your stay! Brand new mattresses (one plush; one firm) and plenty of pillow options will let you get a fantastic night's rest (along with blackout curtains!). Comfy couch, swivel chairs, and a 56" SmartTV will allow you to relax in the living room for the evening. Large kitchen, fully stocked, is ready for your dining in nights; plenty of very hip restaurants nearby though for your full enjoyment. Bathroom is fully stocked with new fluffy towels, shampoos, body washes, and make up removers, too. You will find our place exactly as pictured!

Intermezzo Pizzeria, Supperland, Moo & Brew, Giddy Goat Coffee, Undercurrent Coffee, Lupies, White Duck Taco Shop, Legion Brewing are just a few of the fun restaurants. Also very close to Bojangles Coliseum, Bank of America Stadium, Mint Museum and the popular NODA area.

There is a dedicated workspace in a room of it's own! Awesome work desk, standing desk apparatus (if desired), comfortable work chair and wireless internet for your work needs!

We have complimentary parking for up to 3 vehicles in the driveway.

We do welcome your well-trained and well-behaved dog, under 50 pounds, please. If you want to bring your dog along, please let us know in advance for pet approval. An additional $75 pet fee will be charged. Guests will be responsible for any damages by their pets. We provide a stocked pet basket with paw wipes, doggy bags, food and water bowls, and some bedding/furniture blankets. Our furniture is brand new, so please use the provided blankets if your pup is a bed/couch sleeper...we prefer that dogs are not permitted on the furniture if at all possible; if they are bed sleepers, we ask that you bring your own old sheet or blanket to cover our white bedspreads! Thank you!!

Our home is in a family neighborhood, with quiet hours after 9 pm. Please be respectful of our neighbors! We strictly prohibit parties and/or events of any kind and limit the home to our registered guests for overnight, but visits from immediate family in the area are welcome!

House is equipped with a 24/7monitored security system by CPI Security. The system consists of a doorbell camera and a right-side back yard camera along with internal motion detectors, window and door sensors and glass breaks (only active when the system is armed). Currently, the sliding glass door in the kitchen is non-operable and access to the back patio is through the laundry area door.

Chantilly, a neighborhood in Charlotte, is home to this vacation home. NASCAR Hall of Fame and Fillmore Charlotte are cultural highlights, and travelers looking to shop may want to visit SouthPark Mall and Northlake Mall. Check out an event or a game at Spectrum Center, and consider making time for Carowinds Theme Park, a top attraction not to be missed.
