You have your own parking spot on the driveway with path and motion lights to your private entrance. The lower level with a screened porch is your own personal space. It’s accessible from a private outside entrance directly into your suite, available from the back of our home. We have a spacious backyard that you are welcome to use for your leisure.
Guest Access:
We have a convenient 24/7 check - in system that allows you to have flexible times, no matter how late at night.
We are also flexible with check-in time but contact us if you are planning on checking in early.

Interaction With Guest:
It’s your preference!!! We are happy to interact as much as desired. We enjoy meeting new people, but will also respect your privacy. Our guest enjoy the privacy while staying at our apartment, ensuring you can relax and enjoy your stay. We are very responsive by text if you need anything. We live in the upstairs of the home with our children. We usually greet guest upon arrival and walk them to their entrance.

This is our home & we have children that play and use the yard. While we give you your privacy you may see our children playing in the yard or hear occasional footsteps upstairs. We do our best to keep the noise minimal but you may hear footsteps at times during the day from the kids.
