A favorite among returning guests, the property features three comfortable bedrooms along with a beautifully remodeled barrier-free bathroom, making it both inviting and accessible.
Inside, the spacious layout is perfect for relaxing and spending time together. Please note that due to short-term rental and occupancy licensing restrictions, this home has a strict maximum occupancy of six guests. Please contact Northern Michigan Escapes reservations for additional information and availability prior to booking. Summer season stays may require a three- or five-night minimum stay, while off-season stays require a two-night minimum.

McSauba Recreation Area and Beaver Island Boat Company Ferry Terminal are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Lake Michigan and North Point Nature Preserve.
