Enjoy our quiet, 3 bedroom/2.5 bath ranch located on the north side of Charlevoix. Our home is recently renovated with an open floor plan, approximately 2000 square feet, and is located on a large wooded lot conveniently located within walking distance to the beautiful Lake Michigan dunes and beaches and McSauba recreational area (hiking trails). Guests may enjoy jumping on the renowned Little Traverse Bike Trail that consists of 26 miles connecting Charlevoix, Petoskey and Harbor Springs. Downtown is an easy bike ride or walk as well to take you to shops, Lake Charlevoix beaches, the marina and wonderful restaurants. Winter fun - McSauba hiking, cross country trails, skating rink, sledding hill, 30 minutes to Boyne Mt, Highlands or Nubs Nob. Lots of area wineries and cool breweries.
The home features an open floor plan with a gas fireplace and 65" flat screen TV; dining area with table seating for 8; white kitchen with stainless appliances, quartz countertops and a large island with additional seating for 4; hardwood floor throughout the house; laundry room with updated washer/dryer and half bath; 2 guest rooms (both queens) with full bath across the hall; master bedroom with king has adjoining bathroom with large soaking tub and tiled shower; large two-level deck provides ample space for entertaining and nightly bonfires. Guests have full access to a two car attached garage with 2 cruiser bikes.
