Walk through the foyer past the half bath, and the loft opens onto a wide arched bay window over downtown Charlevoix. A spiral staircase off the living room climbs to a window seat above the harbor — a quiet spot for morning coffee or watching boats clear the drawbridge.

A full-size pool table sits front and center under the arched bay window — chalk a cue and rack the next game while Round Lake glows through the side windows at sunset. Cues, rack, and ball set included.
