This stunning property spans 3,520 sq. ft. and features five beautifully appointed bedrooms, complete with an extra set of bunk beds, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests with seven beds in total, with a newly constructed custom heated salt water pool and hot tub!

Breathtaking Water Views:
Enjoy spectacular water views from every room in the home. Whether you’re waking up in the morning or winding down at night, the sights of the marsh and adjacent community pond will provide a serene backdrop to your stay. Local wildlife come frequently to the pond, which you can watch from the comfort of the Retreat! Be sure to bring your fishing gear if you are a fisherman, to take advantage of the pond just off the backyard. Or, bring your waders to wade out into the pools at low tide.
Expansive Outdoor Spaces:
Step outside and relax on two expansive private decks (fully screened) that overlook the marsh, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or evening cocktails while soaking in the natural beauty. You’ll also find an additional front deck that offers tranquil views of the community pond, providing a peaceful spot for reflection. The top deck is only accessible through the master suite, whereas the second deck is just off the kitchen and living room on the first floor.
Luxurious Accommodations:
Every bedroom is equipped with its own TV, ensuring that everyone can unwind in comfort. The four stylish bathrooms come with lighted vanity mirrors and full length mirrors, creating a spa-like atmosphere to enhance your daily routine. TVs come programed with most streaming services: Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, Amazon TV, Youtube TV, etc.
Chef’s Dream Kitchen:
The heart of the home is the full chef’s kitchen, featuring a gas 48" 6-burner double oven range and a spacious 60" side-by-side refrigerator. A private pantry with an ice maker, espresso machine, drip coffee maker, and all the necessary cooking appliances makes preparing meals a delight. Share your culinary creations around the grand 10-foot-long dining table, which seats 12 and makes for the perfect gathering place. Fully stocked with champagne flutes, wine glasses, top end cutlery and plating, tumblers, and everything to be expected in a high end home.
