Conveniently located in James Island, you are 10 minutes from all the fun Downtown Charleston has to offer or 5 minutes to the beautiful pristine beaches of Folly Beach!

Bedroom 1: True master suite located on the top floor. Features wall to wall windows overlooking the beautiful tidal marsh. Private ensuite bathroom with his and her toilets, tiled shower and dual vanities, organic memory foam Queen sized bed, queen sleeper sofa bed along with plentiful closet space, and 55" smart TV.
Bedroom 2: Located on top floor with memory foam Queen size bed, smart TV, with windows that overlook the marsh.
Bedroom 4: Located on the top floor with a memory foam queen size bed, smart TV, and working space with shelves.
Bedroom 4: Located on the bottom floor with memory foam Queen sized bed, smart TV, and ensuite full bathroom.
Bedroom 5: Located on the bottom floor with memory foam Queen sized bed, smart TV, and ensuite full bathroom.

Living Space: Nature comes to you with a wall of floor-to-ceiling windows. The abundant windows are designed to capitalize on the views. A formal dining room transitions into the well-appointed kitchen, living, and media room.

doors opening to a spacious, conditioned sunroom overlooking the marsh. Fully equipped:
- Coffee machine with K-cups provided

- Plenty of pots/pans/cooking utensils/flatware
- Dining table seats 8+ guests along with eat in dining table
- Banquet table with curved seating and 36"x36" table

- Sunroom: Mini-slip conditioning just steps from the kitchen this is the perfect place to sip your morning brew, eat breakfast, and watch the coastal sunrise.
- Large Deck: Gorgeous sunsets guaranteed. Outfitted with lounge furniture perfect for soaking in the sun or stargaze with one of the best views in Charleston. Start your day with yoga or host a small gathering on the 800sqft wooded deck with owners prior approval.
- 15' salt water pool located on deck. The pool can be heated if desired, the charge is done after booking at $50/day. Please message us if you would like the pool heated after you confirm your booking.
- Six person hot tub with LED lights and fountain
- Outdoor kitchen with gas grill, bar seating, sink and garbage disposal, and 6 person dining table with umbrella. Smart TV located on deck for enjoying the game while lounging in the pool
- Fire table and chairs
- Beer Pong table located under top patio deck (use and play only outside). Also a cornhole set located under the stairs.
- Private neighborhood pond perfect for fishing (lots of founder and Redfish). Bring your pole and gear!

The number of people the house can accommodate is flexible and we can configure it prior to your arrival based on your needs.
There is an electronic keypad door lock for the front door that guests will be given the code for at 8am the morning of their reservation start date.
There is parking for 5-6 vehicles on-site in the driveway. The garage is not accessible.
I am a small business owner in the area, and also live less than 5 minutes from this house. I always want to respect guests’ privacy, so I won’t be on-site unless needed.
Someone may stop by and access the garage on Sundays to set the trash and recycling by the road for pick-up Monday, and stop back by to replace them. There may also be service professionals stop by the house during your visit for routing maintenance, however I will contact to give you a heads-up.
I’m typically in the area to help with any issues during your reservation- just give me a call!

This home is located just off Folly road at the beginning of a small beach neighborhood. There are always neighbors out walking their dogs, pushing strollers, or going for a run. This is a very safe, and community oriented neighborhood. Please be respectful of our neighbors during your stay!

Just off the back deck of The Lookout is a large tributary fed pond, that connects to the marshes. Anglers, bring your rods! Most of the time you can use knee boots to walk around the pond, or hip waders at higher tide. The pond has some decent size flounder and redfish, and I recommend Crosby's approximately one mile down Folly Road for general bait and general tackle. Be sure to check out Crosby's for some of the best local fresh seafood! For a full angler shop however, I recommend The Charleston Angler (12-20 min away). You will need a SC Fishing License, IF you happen to be approached by a wildlife/DNR officer (not likely, but I told you).
There is a Walmart approximately 3 miles away, Harris Teeter (grocery store), and beach supply store across the street.
The driveway for this home will accommodate 4-5 cars.
There are exterior cameras on the driveway, pool area, and entrances for the protection of the property and guests. Noise (party prevention), carbon monoxide, and fire alarms located within.
The home allows a maximum of two dogs, which is billed separately at $50/dog/night. The back yard is completely fenced.

Located in Charleston, this vacation home is in a rural area and on the waterfront. Charleston Music Hall and Charleston City Market are notable landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Folly Island Beaches and Waterfront Park. Traveling with kids?
