The Space: Our spacious 3-floor property ‘The Palmetto’, is ideal for groups and families. One of the bedrooms has a queen sized bed and is in the guesthouse detached from the main house in the rear of the property. Located on of Spring Street, location and parking won't be an issue here!

These two units each have their own private entrance. Both units are accessed from a first floor entrance. The Palmetto features an open floor plan that accommodates both dining and lounge space, making it great for groups looking to spend time together or enjoy a meal. Dining table with 8 seats and cozy living room with high vaulted ceilings. In unit A, two of the five bedrooms are located on the 2nd level, with 2 full bathrooms. One bedroom on the ground level and one on the third level, each with a full bathroom.

The fifth bedroom is in the form of a separately accessed studio suite at the rear of the property. The studio suite also features a kitchenette and a small sitting area. Each of these bedrooms with its own flat-screen Roku powered TV and King or Queen sized bed. Our team provides basic login credentials, so feel free to use your own during your stay.

Fully equipped kitchen with basic cooking/kitchenware is also located on this first level.
Guest Access: All guests staying with Stay Duvet have been granted access to The Wonderer Charleston for a fee.

*Access to the Wonderer is Subject to change based on Seasonality, Weather factors, and are
first come, first serve, so please make sure to confirm operating hours for the dates of your stay. For visits between April 15th - September 1st, we strongly recommend booking in advance to ensure access. Groups of 8 or more guests are strongly encouraged to book a cabana in advance to ensure an ultimate, premium experience poolside

All guests must be at least 25 years or older to access the Club unless approved is given by The Wonderer management team.

Other Notes: *Pet fee: Our home is pet friendly. We have a $200 per pet fee. We limit to 2 dogs in the home and we have a very strict no cat policy. Only dogs are allowed at the home. Please be sure to add the dog to your guest count when booking and reach out for permission to bring the second dog before booking. 

*We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay.

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.
