Look at this conveniently located ONE STORY condo! The family room features beautiful laminate flooring, vaulted ceilings and a cozy fireplace. We provide WiFi and have a Smart TV in the living room with access to Netflix, Hulu, Youtube, etc. NO pets allowed.
Check in easily via the keypad on the front door.
With our Smart Lock you do self check in so we rarely meet guests. I’m available via phone or text and if you don’t get a response you can always contact my team.

Guests have access to the entire home. The pool is the neighborhood pool, and it is not heated. The HOA should be opening the pool in April.
All of our beds have mattresses & pillows. We provide clean towels, freshly made beds, and bathroom essentials.
The Kitchen is fully ready to go with a refrigerator, range, microwave, Keurig, dishwasher, silverware, plates, bowls, and basic cooking tools.
There's a washer and dryer inside the laundry room with detergent.
There are two parking spaces in front of the home. If you need more parking there may be some available in the overflow area which when you come down Spoleto it will be the first right.
Neighborhood Quiet Hours from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine.
No boats, trailers, or box trucks
Stays of 10 days or more are subject to an additional cleaning fee.
No Smoking Allowed. Violators will be fined a minimum of $250 for in-room smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 10 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside.

North Charleston is home to this vacation home.
