- Parking: Assigned parking available. Space near door is extremely tight but additional assigned spacious space is available. Please note that trailers, boats, buses, commercial vehicles displaying logos, and RVs are not allowed on the premises.
House Rules:
- Quiet Hours: 10pm-7am quiet time inside and outside the unit.
- No Pets or Parties: Pets, parties, and gatherings are not allowed. A $200 per pet fine will apply if a pet is found in the unit, plus any additional damages and cleaning costs. Unregistered guests are not allowed on property. This property is located near a train track.
The unit is set up with necessary amenities, but these will not be replenished during your stay.
Located in North Charleston, this vacation home is in the city center. Charleston Music Hall and Charleston City Market are notable landmarks, and some of the area's popular attractions include North Charleston Coliseum and Performing Arts Center and South Carolina Aquarium. Check out an event or a game at Credit One Stadium, and consider making time for USS Yorktown, a top attraction not to be missed. Take an opportunity to explore the area for water adventures such as motor boating.
