Housed in The Charlestonian on the second floor,, this suite offers private entrance, patio and porch, kitchen, living area, laundry, and complimentary parking for one car. Incredible for walking to CofC, MUSC, and world-renowned shopping and dining on King St. and surrounding historic downtown.
The Space:
The floorplan is ideal for socializing with an open concept living room and eat-in kitchen on one end and the bedroom on the opposite end. The living room and kitchen look out on Cannon street, one of Cannonborough-Elliotborough neighborhood’s most vibrant streets, home to many popular stores and restaurants all just steps from the suite. Off of this living room/kitchen area is a classic Charleston porch, offering guests an outdoor area to visit and people watch. The bedroom boast a comfortable queen bed with plush bedding. The bedroom features a full ensuite bathroom. *Please note this rental is located on the second floor and only accessible by (spiral staircase!) Absolutely no parties or late-night noise will be tolerated.

Guest Access:
You have access to the large front porch with dedicated seating for only you, rear porch, and patio with big Green Egg charcoal grill, charcoal being complimentary of course. *Please note this suite is only accessible by (spiral stairs.)
The Neighborhood:
The home is set in Cannonborough, an inviting downtown area blending historic and stylish residential homes. It’s steps away from the College of Charleston, as well as Upper King Street’s eateries and shopping.
Getting Around:
There is plenty to see and places to visit within walking distance. Uber and Lyft are readily available.
Other Things to Note:
We are three blocks from King Street, right in the middle of all Charlestonian activity. Incredible restaurants such as Southbound, Verns, 167 Raw, Malagon, Indaco, and Azur. Great places to have drinks are even closer at places like Felix, Stars, Babas, and Prohibition. There are also great niche restaurants closer than King Street, such as coastal Italian at Allora or creative Indian at Rivayat. If you want the full Charleston experience, a walking tour or carriage tour is a must. If you have sea legs and are aiming for total immersion into history, the steamboat runs to Ft. Sumter daily and you can land your two feet exactly where the Civil War started.

Located by the sea, this apartment is in Downtown Charleston, a neighborhood in Charleston. Charleston Music Hall and Patriots Point are cultural highlights, and travelers looking to shop may want to visit Charleston City Market and Charleston Tanger Outlets. Traveling with kids? Make time for South Carolina Aquarium, or check out an event or a game at North Charleston Coliseum and Performing Arts Center. Kayaking and windsurfing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling and rock climbing nearby.
