This cozy 1 bedroom/1 bathroom condo is a hidden gem located in the Little Oak Island Community! Our condo features a sitting/dining area with a queen sleeper sofa, wood fireplace and a fully appointed kitchen complete with pots, pans, dishes, glassware, utensils and a Keurig coffee maker. The bedroom includes a queen bed with views of the lagoon. Large screened-in balcony overlooking the marsh and lagoon with additional space on the outdoor balcony.

When staying at our condo you will have full access to both amenities at Little Oak Island and Mariners Cay which include two swimming pools, tennis courts, BBQ areas and marina!
Little Oak Island is a very secluded and private community, making it the perfect place to sit back and relax while enjoying the natural wildlife that surrounds you!
Folly beach is a 15 minute walk or a 5 minute drive. There are bike lanes and sidewalks on both sides of the bridge. Downtown Charleston is a 20 minute drive.
Folly Beach is home to this condo. Charleston City Market and Fort Sumter are notable landmarks, and some of the area's popular attractions include South Carolina Aquarium and USS Yorktown.
