✨ Pets
Pets allowed with pet fee and agreement to pet policy. All pets must be registered. Failure to register your pet will result in a $250 unauthorized pet fee. We charge $75 per pet.

✨ Cancellations
The cancellation policy applies to all bookings. An additional $150 cancellation fee will be charged to cover credit card processing and admin fees on all cancellations.

✨ Renter's Agreement
A signed renter's agreement is required for all reservations, as well as a picture of a government-issued photo ID and a picture of your credit card used to book showing only the last 4 digits and your name. This is to prevent credit card fraud and is meant to protect you as the renter and us as hosts.

✨ Deposit
We require a $500 deposit for each reservation, which will be processed 3 days before your arrival. As long as there is no unexpected damage to the home, deposits are automatically refunded in full in 7 days.

Located in Chapel Hill, this vacation home is in a rural area. Franklin Street and Horace Williams House are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Carolina Outdoor Education Center and Finley Golf Course. Traveling with kids? Consider Morehead Planetarium and Coker Arboretum. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
