GUEST ACCESS:

Smart lock self-check-in. Your custom code will be provided prior to arrival. Guests have full use of the garage, driveway, and all indoor/outdoor spaces.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. The home is equipped with exterior cameras for security purposes.

A rental agreement it does need to be signed and will be messaged with you upon booking. It does not collect sensitive info or require any further payment.

A completely refundable damage deposit of $250 is charged and will be completely refunded 2-3 days after check-out, given no damages or extra cleaning is needed.
1. No Smoking -
Smoking on the premises is prohibited.
2. No Parties or Events
Parties, events, or large gatherings are not allowed. Only registered guests are permitted on the property. (Fines will be enforced)
3. Quiet Hours
Please respect our neighbors by observing quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM. This includes limiting noise both inside and outside the property.
4. Respect Check-In and Check-Out Times
Check-in is after 3 PM, and check-out is by 11 AM. Late check-outs may be accommodated upon request, subject to availability.
5. Keep the Property Clean
Please treat the property with respect and leave it as you found it. Clean up after yourself, and report any damages or issues to us immediately.
6. Pets
Pets are not allowed on the property.
7. Report Any Damages
If something gets damaged during your stay, please let us know immediately so we can address it.
8. Follow Pool Safety Rules
Please follow all basic pool safety guidelines. No glass containers are allowed near the pool area.
9. No Unauthorized Guests
Only the guests included in the reservation are allowed to stay at the property. Any additional guests must be approved in advance.
10. Lock Doors and Windows
Please ensure all doors and windows are locked when you leave the property or upon check-out.
11. Dispose of Trash Properly
Please place all trash in the designated bins and take it out to the curb on the designated collection day.
12. Follow Parking Instructions
You have full access to the garage and may park there. Please do not block the driveway or neighbors` access at any time. Street parking is also available, but be mindful of local parking regulations.
13. Respect for Neighbors
Be courteous and respectful to the neighbors. Avoid loud noise, and do not trespass on neighboring properties.
14. Internet Usage
The Wi-Fi provided is for guest use only. Please do not use it for illegal activities, including downloading illegal content.
15. Cancellation of Reservation
The host reserves the right to cancel the reservation without a refund if any of these house rules are violated.
16.Please do not attempt to disconnect water hose from auto fill or to touch any of the pool equipment. These are very expensive repairs.
