Check-In / Check-Out: Self check-in via smart lock at 4:00 PM. Check-out is 11:00 AM (Late check-out up to 1:00 PM available for $100)
Safety & Security: Ring doorbells at main entrances, plus property cameras near entrance, clubhouse, and exit
Small Events: Birthday parties and small gatherings (up to 150 guests max) permitted with prior approval
Campground Policy: Guests utilizing the pool, lakefront, or kayaks are subject to standard campground safety waivers
