This home has been recently renovated and includes lovely views of the beach. This is a split duplex with another rental cottage on the other side. The master bedroom contains a queen sized bed and is perfect for a couple. The other large bedroom contains 4 twin beds and a futon. The view is great and the sounds of the ocean can put you to sleep no matter how stressed you are. The living room includes plenty of seating with a flat screen TV. Also, the home comes with WIFI but no phone. Comfortable restroom includes a tub. The front yard has been raised and offers views of the beach while the back patio includes a picnic table, propane grill and shared outdoor shower.
The home is located in a beautiful neighborhood with great year round neighbors as well as other guests. Also included are 2 parking spots, access to a private beach, great public beaches, and a village near by that is a great area for running/walking. We personally love a walk through the village or around Lake Elizabeth.
There is so much to do in this part of the cape. Plus, it is in a convenient central location so you can get anywhere on the cape in under an hour. Ferries leave regularly for Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket out of Hyannis and Falmouth. There is also an MBTA training that goes to Boston during the summer months.
This is a pet friendly home that will be great for a family or some friends.
Located in Centerville, this cottage is near a water park and near the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Cape Cod Beaches and Craigville Beach, while Cape Codder Water Park and Cape Cod Inflatable Park are popular area attractions. West Dennis Beach and Barnstable Performing Arts Center are also worth visiting. Jet skiing and scuba diving offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling and ecotours nearby.
