The house is located on a quiet side street, very close to the beach (10-15 min walk). On the way to the beach, you pass a general store & pizza shop. Across from the beach is an ice cream shop, and some delicious fried seafood! It’s a short drive to Hyannis with many restaurants, shops, nightlife, a ferry to the islands, and bike rentals. Close to the Cape Cod Melody Tent, Cape Cod Hospital, mini-golf, and the Kennedy compound. Take a day trip to the National Seashore, wineries, Provincetown, or take the kids to the Drive-In theater in Wellfleet. Or just relax in the central air and BBQ in the back yard!
Downstairs: Bedroom 1 (Huge, sunny master bedroom with a brand new comfy king size bed). Open floor plan with brand new kitchen including 4 stools and a kitchen table that seats 5+. Living room with comfortable seating, flat screen TV, and a large fireplace. Full bath.
Upstairs: Bedroom 2 (brand new pillowtop queen mattress), Bedroom 3 (includes a bunk bed and a day bed with a trundle – sleeps 4. Another full bath.
Outdoors: Back deck with dining table and seating for 6, BBQ grill, outdoor shower, fire pit. Large, private and grassy backyard for the kids to play.
Additional items included: a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, plenty of dishes, pots and pans, cutlery, and small appliances (toaster, blender, coffee machine, etc); a washer/dryer, iron & ironing board, bed linens, bath & beach towels!
It’s a perfect spot for summer fun, but the Cape is also beautiful in the fall, winter and spring!!
Located in Centerville, this vacation home is in the city center and near the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Cape Cod Beaches and Craigville Beach, while Cape Codder Water Park and Cape Cod Inflatable Park are popular area attractions. West Dennis Beach and Barnstable Performing Arts Center are also worth visiting. Spend some time exploring the area's activities, including birdwatching and whale-watching.
