Contemporary cottage with hardwood floors, brand new kitchen and appliances, central A/C and heat, and new furniture located in a quite friendly neighborhood within a short walking distance to Covell’s and Craigville beaches. Minutes driving to stores, Cape Cod Mall, and Hyannis Main St. district, as well as train and bus Stations, and Water Terminal. Great for single or multi-family state! Complimentary beach pass for one car is included!
Guest access:
In addition to one king bedroom and one Queen bedroom, third room has two twin-over-full bunk beds (great for either a kids room or an adult room). Living room has two large sofas.
In addition to 1.5 baths, there is an outside shower with cold and hot water. Spacious outside deck is furnished with deck furniture for 6 as well as large retractable umbrella to keep you in the shade when you desire and a grill.
Interaction with guests:
We cherish our reputation and quality of your stay. We will make all the effort to ensure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. If there are any questions we will try to respond to your inquiries within an hour. If there are any requests, we will do our best to accommodate them to our best ability. Do not hesitate to ask.
The entire house (excluding the basement and attic) will be available entirely to you while your stay.

There is an extended Comcast cable included as well as two TVs: one in the living room and one in the master bedroom.
Beach Pass for one vehicle for any Barnstable beach is included at no extra charge.
Beach essentials include:
- 4 Beach Chairs
- Up to 10 beach towels (depending on the number of guests)
- Beach cart
- Medium beach fridge
Please note that Twin (top) portion of the bunk beds is suitable for children under 90lbs and not suitable for adults.
Neighborhood:
Quite, friendly, walkable neighborhood away from major roads with minutes walking to Covell’s and Craigville beaches. Kids playground is walking distance towards the beach. Large school playground, as well as supermarket is 4 minutes driving. Famous Craigville Pizza is a walking distance away and always available for delivery!
Getting around:
The property is located 10 minutes driving off Exit 68 (Old Exit 6) on Rt. 6., as well as within 5-10 minutes driving of all major Hyannis attractions, including mall, food shops, super market, historical downtown, pharmacies, and hospital. One beach parking pass is included, good for one car (regular beach parking is $20 daily).
Driveway can fit three cars. More parking available on street.
Centerville is home to this vacation home. Hyannis Harbor and John F. Kennedy Memorial are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Mayflower Beach and Long Pasture Wildlife Sanctuary. Cape Codder Water Park and Cape Cod Maritime Museum are also worth visiting. Spend some time exploring the area's activities, including birdwatching, swimming, and golfing.
