Our Cape house, a cozy 4 season cottage on a quiet dead-end street, has a private wooded backyard overlooking an old cranberry bog. It's got a new outdoor shower and both gas and charcoal grills.

Our summer home is in a great location, just a 12 minute walk to Craigville beach -- the best family beach on the Cape according the experts, our kids. And the rental includes a Barnstable "landlord parking pass" which allows you to park at any beach in Barnstable. It's also a short walk to the iconic 4-Seas Ice Cream , the Old Time Candy Store, an awesome playground, and the wonderful new kids room at the Centerville library. Hyannis, with dozens of restaurants, nightlife, and ferries to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket, is just a ten minute drive away.

Available at the house are kids toys, games, kids DVDs & VCR tapes, tricycle, cozy coupe car, wagon, beach cart, cooler, sand toys, beach chairs, and a second (larger) washer & dryer in the cellar.

Located in Centerville, this vacation home is near theme parks and near the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Cape Cod Beaches and Craigville Beach, while Cape Codder Water Park and Cape Cod Inflatable Park are popular area attractions. West Dennis Beach and Barnstable Performing Arts Center are also worth visiting. Jet skiing and kayaking offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with horse riding and mountain biking nearby.
