This two bedroom, one bath, unit is part of a duplex cottage just across the street from Craigville Beach. This unit is on the "Grassy Knoll" (please see our other listing #760276 for the "wooden deck" side) and opens up to a small grassy knoll with picnic table and water views. There is a master bedroom with a king size bed and a second bedroom with bunk beds (twin over full). The beds were all replaced in 2022. There is a full bathroom, fully stocked kitchen, flat screen tv with cable tv/internet, washer/dryer, outdoor shower, gas grill, and central air conditioning. We have everything you need including beach chairs and toys so that you can relax and enjoy your Cape vacation. If interested, you can rent both units (each unit has it's own front and side entrances however the two units are able to connect to become one large cottage with double amenities) and have the entire house! SHEETS, TOWELS AND PILLOW CASES ARE NOT PROVIDED. NO PETS/NO SMOKING ALLOWED IN OR ON PREMISES. WEEKLY RENTALS ONLY PLEASE.
The house itself is in a great neighborhood across the street from Craigville Beach, with beachside snack bars just down the road. The water is warm and perfect for swimming. Spend the day at the beach or exploring the area including Hyannis and Osterville, which are only minutes away.
Located in Centerville, this cottage is near a water park and near the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Cape Cod Beaches and Craigville Beach, while Cape Codder Water Park and Cape Cod Inflatable Park are popular area attractions. West Dennis Beach and Barnstable Performing Arts Center are also worth visiting. Spend some time exploring the area's activities, including whale-watching, golfing, and swimming.
