A one of a kind property on the lake that provides unparalleled serenity for family gatherings or large groups. This gorgeous 5 acre, multi building 8300+ sf estate is located on the banks of Grand Lake and offers guests an opportunity to get away from their hectic day to day lives. Enjoy the Zen Garden or one of the other gardens on the property with multiple water features or sit in the 53x14 salt water pool with resting ledge and reflective bottom and look off into the lake. Guests may see wildlife such as bald eagles, blue heron, deer, a variety of water fowl, and a red fox that likes to visit the property, or relax on the sand beach area near the water. Guests are also welcome to use complimentary kayaks on the lake. A variety of panfish, bass and catfish can be caught from the banks of the property and several restaurants and bars can be found nearby in Celina and around Grand Lake. There is a public boat lauch within walking distance and boat slips are available at a nearby campground if you'd like to bring your boat. A local bikepath is also nearby. Two bikes are provided with the property.

When not exploring the five acres outside, guests will enjoy an incredible Great Room with several windows providing views of the lake. The Great Room includes an 85" TV and Sonos sound system, which is great for watching movies or your favorite sporting events. The Great Room also includes a pool table and two additional 65" TVs. It is large enough for a large group of people to all hang out together.

Guests will also enjoy dining in the spacious kitchen and dining area or in the multiple outside sitting areas, including a 22' outdoor dining table overlooking the lake with water features.

The master suite boasts a fully updated bathroom with full tile steam shower, heated towel rack, two walk in closets, a screened-in porch, and a spacious bedroom with windows looking out to the lake.

The second floor offers a landing overlooking the great room with windows looking out toward the lake. A walkway leads to a second floor suite, complete with a full bath and heated towel rack. Down the hallway is another bedroom with a wet bar overlooking the lake and the great room. Rounding out the upstairs are a large corner bedroom with views of the lake and gardens and another bedroom at the front corner of the main house that features a large closet, all with proximity to a full bath complete with heated towel rack.

A game area is located in the basement along with a studio/exercise room with full mirrors and treadmill, elliptical, and stationary bike, along with a complete dumbell set and dumbell bench.

There are separate living quarters on the property that boasts a wet bar, a shuffleboard table, a ping pong table, a 75" TV, sound system, and a large area for entertaining. This structure has a glass overhead door that opens to the garden and pool. Upstairs, a lofted area overlooks the downstairs and contains two queen beds and one king bed for sleeping. This structure is heated and air conditioned and has a half bath.

Mercer County is home to this vacation home. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Mercer Waterfowl Management Area and Coldwater Nature Preserve, while Mercer County Historical Msm and Freedom Amphitheater are cultural highlights.
