Welcome to Pine Lake Cottage in Cedar Springs, MI! This cute cottage will make you feel right at home. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the screened in porch, head out to the lake for some kayaking and finish the night off by the fire. Waterfront is across the street with a dock, kayaks and pedal boat for guest's use. Plenty of room for the entire family!

This cottage is 4 bedroom 2 bath with waterfront access.
1.) No smoking. All of our rentals are non-smoking. 2.) You and your guests are using our home at your own risk. We nor the owner of the property will be held responsible for any injuries that occur at the vacation rental or for any lost or stolen items. 3.) Do not move the furniture. 4.) Each cottage has a maximum number of guests that is listed on this contract you must verify that it is correct. That number is not to be exceeded - this includes children and adults. For fire safety, we are required to limit the number in each home. If additional people are found to be staying at the cottage the entire group will be asked to vacate with no refund. Inflatable mattresses or alternative sleeping other than pack n plays or cribs are not allowed. Tents are also not allowed on the property. 5.) Cleaners will come to the cottage after you have departed - they will not visit to clean, change linens, or replace towels during your stay. 6.) Quiet time is 11pm-9am. We do not tolerate loud groups and college like parties anytime of the day or night. 7.) Weddings and formal events are NOT permitted on our properties, if there is found to be a formal event on the property the entire group will be asked to vacate the property with a no refund. It is acceptable to have a visitors during the day hours but that number can not be more than double the maximum occupancy of the cottage. 8.) Fireworks are prohibited on the property at all times.
Located in Cedar Springs, this vacation home is on the beach. Brookside Golf and Cannonsburg Ski Area are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Brower Lake Nature Reserve and Pine Lake. Deer Tracks Junction and Glen Park are also worth visiting. Take an opportunity to explore the area for water adventures such as motor boating.
