This is a beautiful, fully updated home close to everything you'll want to see and do in Austin. Our house is in a calm, quiet neighborhood with no through traffic and lots of beautiful parks around. It is a two story house with modern updates throughout. There are four bedrooms: one master suite with an ensuite that has a soaking tub and double rain shower; a boys room with a queen bed; a girls room with a trundle bed with a full size on top and twin bed underneath; and a room that has a queen size pull out sofa as well as a large workspace. There is a bathroom for the three guest bedrooms that has a large counter area and combo shower and bathtub. There is also a workspace downstairs - both workspaces have monitors and there is a printer/scanner in the downstairs office. We have extremely good wifi fit for any remote worker - which my husband and I both are.

The living room is large and comes with a comfy Lovesac couch (that can also convert to a queen sofa bed) and lots of toys for kids under 12. The TV is a 77 inch LED screen with Apple TV, Playstation 5 and Nintendo Switch ready to go. We also have a TV in the master bedroom (Apple TV), the gym (Roku) and outside under the gazebo (Roku).

The kitchen is very large and is open to the living room. It comes with stainless steel appliances, plenty of cookware, and a ground coffee maker, Nespresso and tea pot. We have every machine you could need to cook - food processor, blenders, air fryer, pressure cooker, crockpot, electric mixer, can opener, wine opener, ice maker, pasta maker and probably a few other things I'm not able to remember right now. There’s also a deep freezer in the garage for extra freezer storage.

The backyard is very large. There is a pool with LED lights and the heater, a playset with two slides and swings, and a large trampoline with a safety net around it. There are a ton of floats, goggles and toys for the pool and we have water wings for little ones as well. We have a large gazebo on the patio next to the pool that comes with mosquito nets that can be zipped up all around. The gazebo has separate sitting (with table that converts into mini propane firepit) and dining areas underneath as well as a TV with Roku attached.

About the Area:
Our house is in a neighborhood with no through traffic. We have super friendly and lovely neighbors that would be happy to help you if you run into any trouble. The neighborhood has its own large playground and field right in the middle of it where all the neighborhood kids go to play. The neighborhood is right near the main road (no traffic noises though) where you can easily get to a HUGE grocery store (look up pictures of HEB) and lots of restaurant options: bbq, tacos, pizza, chinese, burgers, healthy food, starbucks, etc

We are 20 minutes from downtown Austin by car and there’s also a train station down the road that will take you into downtown if you want to go that route. Honestly, though, there are so many fun things to do nearby with or without kids. We live in hill country so there are beautiful trails and lakeside places to go. There are multiple splash pads and water parks to choose from including ones that flow directly into the beautiful Austin lakes. There are plenty of outdoor restaurants and breweries as well as playgrounds and community events. It’s also an easy drive to go out of town and visit other cities in Texas as we are right by a main toll road that gets you heading off at 70 mph.
