~Easy Access: Convenient parking is available for both cars and boats, making it simple to bring along your fishing gear and outdoor equipment.

Accommodations:
~Bedroom: A spacious bedroom with a comfortable queen bed.
~Living Room: Relax in the living room with seating for seven and a television with cable for your entertainment needs. Feel free to take the two white chairs outside for enjoying the fresh air.
~Bathroom: The bathroom includes a small walk-in shower, sink, and plenty of room for dressing.
~Kitchenette: The kitchenette includes a full-sized refrigerator and freezer, sink, two-burner hot plate, 12-cup drip coffee maker, toaster, microwave, air fryer and toaster oven. Please note that there is no stove or oven.
~Dining area: A table for 4 sits between the kitchen area and the living room.
~Mud Room: The mud room features a full-sized washer and dryer and room to store things like coolers out of the sun but not inside the house.

Outdoor Features:
~Yard: A grassy and open yard surrounded by trees provides a lovely space for relaxation.
~Fish Cleaning Station: A great fish cleaning station complete with a hose for fresh water washing is available for your use at the side of the home.
~BBQ: There is a charcoal BBQ available for guest use stored in the mud room.
~Parking: Room for vehicles and a boat. Golf carts can be parked under the metal carport.

Accessibility:
~Guests can park in the large gravel area and walk straight into the unit, which is on one level with no steps.
~The entire lower area of the house is for guests, there is no shared space.

Note:
~This is a pet friendly property that invites up to 2 well behaved dogs to stay. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture and should not be left to bark. No cats please.

-No smoking inside or within 10 feet of doors or windows $250 fine if the property smells of smoke
-Unauthorized pets will result in a $250 fine for each animal
-$150/person/day fee for over occupancy limit
-Please don’t eat or drink anything besides water in the bedroom
-Quiet hours 10 pm to 7 am per local Noise Ordinance
-Please respect the check-in and check-out times. $500 for each 4 hours, or portion unauthorized thereof, of early check-in and late checkout.
-Guests are responsible for any damage they cause. If something does happen contact us ASAP and we will see if there’s a way to quickly take care of the issue before it gets worse and costs more.
-Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
-Please do your dishes.
-No illegal substances allowed on premises.

- ESA and service animals require documentation and adherence to our policies.
- Do not set the AC below 72° or heat above 78°.
