We chose layout, furnishings, accommodations, supplies, etc. like our family would stay and/or work there. The living room has a pocket door which effectively turns the room into a dedicated workspace or an escape for kids to watch TV. The kitchen flows into the dining area, so big groups can have a meal together - at the kitchen island, dining table, or both. Upstairs you will find washer/dryer, master (king) bedroom/full bath, and three bedrooms/full bath.

Located in Cedar Falls, this vacation home is near a water park. Hearst Center for the Arts and McLeod Center are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Lost Island Waterpark and Gallagher Bluedorn Performing Arts Center.
